All headbands are very stretchy and have a lot of give. They will arrive tied, and to adjust all you need to do is loosen or tighten the knot for a more comfortable fit. 

Care: Hand wash or spot clean and lay flat to dry. Can also be tumbled dry on low if headband seems too stretched out!
