Papillon Navy Floral Tiered Maxi Dress

This dress is easy breezy outfit on the go! The floral border print dress has not quite 3/4 sleeves, pockets and drawstring waist. The bottom of the dress is tiered. V-neck with embroidery outlining neck and sleeves.
